These terms govern sales made on substratlab.com by Prime Bridge. Placing an order means you accept them.

We sell dietary supplements. A supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or for medical advice, and must be kept out of reach of children. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA; these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping and any import duties or taxes are shown separately — see Shipping.

You add products to the cart and complete checkout through Shopify's secure flow. The sale is final once payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments (or a payment provider via Shopify). We do not store your full card details.

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner [CONFIRM partner name]. Delivery times are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the United States, import duties or VAT may be due on delivery and are your responsibility.

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned. A defective product is always covered. To start a return, email CARE@SUBSTRATLAB.COM. If you order from the EU, you keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened items.

Products are covered by the warranties required under applicable law.
